This spacious apartment (138m2) enjoys a superb sea view from the south-facing terrace. It is an ideal spot for your holiday, whether a quick break or for several months in the winter.

Edificio Atrium is located on the smart side of Marbella town, between Frank's Corner and the new Plaza del Mar, a marble-covered leisure area housing a Supercor supermarket, multi-screen cinema, gym, indoor pool and spa, shops and cafes.

Access to the beach down steps or a shallow ramp above Ristorante Da Pino, which I recommend if you enjoy Italian food.
